HVAC Core is presented as a sellable software codebase, not as an operating HVAC contractor, payment processor, financing provider, or staffed subscription service.

Product information

Public product pages describe capabilities implemented in the repository. Features that require buyer-owned services, such as Cloudflare Access configuration, D1 resources, Turnstile, notifications, or Stripe, remain the buyer’s responsibility to configure and operate.

No operational guarantee

Software availability, hosting configuration, legal compliance, business claims, service delivery, pricing, warranties, customer communications, and production operations are the responsibility of the buyer after transfer and deployment.

Contractor mode

The buyer-configurable contractor website must not be published with placeholder identity, locations, offers, credentials, or legal copy. Buyers must replace those values with truthful material they are entitled to use.

Third-party services

Cloudflare, Stripe, and other optional providers remain subject to their own accounts, terms, plan limits, and pricing.
