Privacy

HVAC Core’s public product site explains the software codebase and links to the protected owner workspace. The product-mode site does not provide a staffed sales form or publish operational customer records.

Owner workspace data

The `/admin` workspace is designed to be protected by Cloudflare Access and stores buyer-operated records in the buyer’s configured D1 database. The buyer controls its own deployment, identity provider, database, retention practices, and connected services.

Contractor mode

If a buyer enables contractor mode, the public request-service form can collect contact and service-request information. That deployment must use the buyer’s own truthful privacy notice for its jurisdiction, vendors, retention practices, and enabled integrations.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare provides the hosting and platform services used by the current architecture. Optional Stripe and notification integrations are controlled by the buyer and are not active merely because integration code is included.
