Is HVAC Core an operating SaaS subscription?+
No. The current product is a sellable codebase that a buyer can deploy and operate in their own Cloudflare account.
Does it include a customer-facing HVAC website?+
Yes. Contractor mode preserves configurable services, service areas, responsive homeowner pages, Turnstile-protected service requests, and D1 lead persistence.
Is Stripe required?+
No. Invoices, balances, printable documents, and manual payment tracking work with Stripe disabled. Stripe Checkout is optional.
Does HVAC Core send invoices automatically?+
No. Mark sent/shared records that the owner delivered a document; automated email or SMS delivery is not included.
What protects the owner workspace?+
Cloudflare Access protects /admin, and the Worker also validates the Access assertion and configured owner identity before loading operational records.
